- Account-based access
- Cloud storage

- Backend processing via third-party providers
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
5.1 Billing
Subscriptions may be billed:
- Through Apple In-App Purchases (Apple App Store), or
- Through Google Play Billing.
Payments are processed by the respective platform provider. We do not directly store payment card details.
5.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation must be performed via the platform (Apple or Google) account settings.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
We do not independently process refunds unless required by law.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing.
Changes will not affect current billing periods but may apply upon renewal.
6. AI Features and External Processing
Certain features of the Service rely on artificial intelligence models provided by third-party providers.
These providers may include, but are not limited to:

- Anthropic
AI providers may change at any time due to infrastructure decisions, optimization, availability, or testing.
6.1 External AI Processing
By using AI features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your submitted content may be processed on servers operated by third-party AI providers.
- Processing may occur outside your country of residence.
- AI-generated outputs are automatically generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
6.2 No Professional Advice
AI-generated content:
- Does not constitute veterinary, medical, legal, or professional advice.
- Must not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals.
6.3 AI Liability Exclusion
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all liability for AI-generated outputs.
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses.
- We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of AI outputs.
- We are not liable for content generated by third-party AI systems.
Use of AI features is at your own risk.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations.
- Submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Service.
- Misuse AI features.
- Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of your submitted content.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content.
9. Intellectual Property

No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
10. Third-Party Infrastructure Disclaimer
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, including but not limited to:
- Cloud hosting providers
- Analytics platforms
- AI providers
- Payment processors
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure.
- We are not responsible for independent actions of such providers.
- We are not liable for interruptions, delays, or data loss resulting from external systems beyond our reasonable control.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation.
- We do not guarantee error-free functionality.
- We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- We shall not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
- Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service,
- Your violation of these Terms,
- Your submitted content,
- Your reliance on AI-generated outputs.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access:
- If you violate these Terms,

- For security or operational reasons.
We may discontinue the Service entirely at any time.
Upon termination, access to your account and content may be removed without liability.
15. Business Transfer
In the event of:

- Sale of assets,
User data and contractual rights under these Terms may be transferred to a successor entity, subject to applicable data protection laws.
16. Changes to the Service or Terms

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Member State of the European Union in which the Service Provider is established.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
